 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALBATROS TOURS + SAFARI's

• The price include dinner and breakfast except for the first day which will only include dinner.
• For camping tours, bedding, a camp bed, two pillows, duvet, blanket and camp chair will be included.
• It is important to take note that sometimes the sights and stopovers might be changed should the circumstances required it.
• The price of the tour is per person sharing - two people share the accommodation.
• SINGLE SUPPLEMENT - SAFARI TOURS - R1000 p.p.
• ALBATROS TOURS + SAFARI's issue herewith an indemnity notice that when a tour member sign the application form, he/she accepts the terms and  conditions as included herein.
• Your booking must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of R2000 p.p./ R5000 p.p. for Tanzania Tour - unless otherwise mentioned.
• If you want to make a booking please contact us first to find out if we can still accommodate you.
• Once we have receive your deposit we will confirm your booking and mail a receipt to you.
• On receipt of your FINAL PAYMENT , we will send you the final travel arrangements.
• The balance of your tour money has to be paid 30 days before departure date.
• It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure complete insurance ocverage for unforeseen medical costs, los luggage, theft and cancellation fees.
• If you do a bank transfer please complete the "reference" on the deposit slip with the date of your tour as well as your surname.

• The organisers, ALBATROS TOURS + SAFARI's, its contractors and staff herewith give notice that all transport and accommodation arrangements are made with the express condition that they do not accept responsibility for any injuries/trauma, damage, loss, accident or delay of a person or his property.
• For all neibouring countries, you will need a passport.
• When travelling to Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique, you have to start malaria prophylaxis in good time.
• Adequate insurance p.p. has been taken out while travel on our vehicles.
• You forfeit 50% of the total amount should you cancel your booking 14 days before departure, and the full amount should you cancel within 7 days before departure of the tour.
• Should ALBATROS TOURS + SAFARI's cancel the tour for any reason all paid tour fees will be refunded.
• NO EMPLOYEE OR AGENT MAY CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
• ONLY WRITTEN CHANGES ON AN OFFICIAL LETTERHEAD TO THE CLIENT IS VALID.
